**We distinguish between nationals and internationals based on the affiliation of the registered participants.

Participants who do not wish to register for the full conference and want to register for workshops only are required to pay a 25
 RON / person / workshop fee.

Students at all levels (undergraduate, master, doctoral) can participate in the conference free of charge. In order to be sent the links to the conference platform, students must send proof of their student status by email at

Participants who do not wish to register for the full conference and want to attend only the workshops are only required to pay the workshop participation fee (except students).

The complete registration fee covers the following items during the online conference on October 28th – 29th, 2021:

  • Access to the conference platform
  • Open attendance of all conference online sessions and workshops
  • Certificate of Attendance

Cancellation of Participation Policy

Please be advised that the cancellation of participation is possible only until October 25th, 2021. No refunds of the conference fees will be made for requests received after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

  • your name and surname
  • the type of participation (individual/co-authored paper, poster, workshop, symposium, or without presentation)
  • number of participants (only if paying more than one fee, for more than one participants, e.g. 2 participants)

To submit your abstract, please fill out this form. Please see the key dates of the conference here.

Abstract should have 300 words or less (maximum 3000 characters) and should include:

  • Background
  • Purpose
  • Methodology
  • Results and/or practice implications
  • Main research findings/conclusions
  • 3-5 key-words

All abstract submissions are made through the designated form.

The maximum number of papers per participant is two.
