To participate in the workshops, please fill out the registration form.

* The national or international status is established based on the affiliation of the registered participants.

**Students must send proof of their student status by email at swicub@sas.unibuc.ro.

Participants who do not wish to register for the full conference and want to attend only the workshops are only required to pay the workshop participation fee of 50 RON / person / workshop (except students).

Students at all levels (undergraduate, master, doctoral) can participate in workshops free of charge.

Cancellation of Participation Policy

Please be advised that the cancellation of participation is possible only until September 1st, 2025. No refunds of the conference fees will be made for requests received after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

  • the name and surname of the conference participant for whom the payment is made
  • the type of paper (individual/co-authored paper, poster, workshop, or without presentation)
  • the type of conference participation (in-person or online)
  • number of participants (only if paying more than one fee, for more than one participant, e.g. 2 participants)

Abstract submission

To submit your abstract, please fill out this form. Please see the key dates of the conference here.

Abstracts should have 300 words or less (maximum 3000 characters) and should include:

  • Background
  • Purpose
  • Methodology
  • Results and/or practice implications
  • Main research findings/conclusions
  • 3-5 key-words

All abstract submissions are made through the designated form.

The maximum number of papers per participant is two.
